Refund & Return Policy
30 DAY RETURNS
- Refunds require proof of product defect through photos. We retain the right to re-make new mats if the first set doesn’t fit. If your order does not meet the specifications provided while ordering, we will work to correct the order to your satisfaction.
- Shipping costs are non refundable.
2-YEAR WARRANTY
- Warranty covers unraveling of threads or separation of mat layers or discoloration.
- Any damage to mats due to mishandling, altering, resurfacing or incorrect usage of mats as well as accidents, negligence or lack of proper care will not be covered.
- Warranty will also be void from fire/water damage, as well as theft or loss.
